We’ve Been Savvied!
Elizabeth is an intelligent, approachable, talented, but most importantly, very funny person. She coached myself and another executive at my office in public speaking which tremendously increased my confidence speaking to groups and on camera. She meets you where you are in terms of your specific needs. As a comedian/actress/educator/writer, she has exposure to most arts, so I also just found our discussions thoughtful and enjoyable. I highly recommend Elizabeth if you need a public speaking coach or a speaker for your event. Outside of playing instruments, I’m not really sure what she can’t do.
Last year, I was asked to make a toast at a friend’s wedding. Although I was honored to be asked, I was also extremely nervous because of my fear of public speaking. I hired Elizabeth to help me edit and deliver my speech with confidence. She asked really good questions to make it more personal and pointed out areas that needed more clarification and where to inject humor. The final toast was a huge success! I still felt a bit nervous during the speech, but because of Elizabeth’s coaching I was able to moderate my speed and pause for effect in the right places. I received numerous compliments throughout the evening on my fantastic speech. It would not have been such a success without the expertise of Elizabeth! I highly recommend her for any kind of speech coaching, she is the best!
